We kindly request that you honor our cancellation policy. If for any reason you cannot keep your salon
appointment, we ask that you contact us to let us know so that we can use that time for someone else.
Failure to do so may cause us to turn someone away as well as other potential scheduling issues.


We kindly request that all children be well supervised due to the use of hair care related chemicals while
carrying out salon services and also electrical cords in use. While this ensures the safest possible
environment, it also helps us to be courteous to all of our other valued clients.
